Purchased some products from their website, was such a great selection, and I got some amazing quality toys for a great price. I spoke to a lovely lady on webchat and she gave helpful advice on what products to choose and explained them in detail. Quick and trackable delivery too. All round 10/10 experience. Will defiantly be my number 1 website to shop at for these products! :)

Hull store used to be great now it's not had an interaction with the currant manager that just seemed to want to correct everything I said and be right even though she wasn't. Why have a woke feminist with man issues running a sex toy store it isn't doing the business any good. Get someone that knows sales and how to interact with customers correctly. I'll be going to another store until she goes as can't put up with that nonsense in future especially when your spending 200 plus.

I am very upset with this company! I saw a charge on my card that I did not make to them and disputed the charge. Simply pleasures lied in the response stating I purchased from them and that whatever was ordered was delivered. THEY KNOW NOTHING WAS SHIPPED TO ME AND HAVE HAD MY MONEY FOR 3 MONTHS MAKING EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE FOR WHY MY FUNDS HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

I did accidently duplicate an order which customer services rectified when I spoke to them. They were really helpful and I will continue to use them.

I went to their Bournemouth store and the staff were really friendly and made me feel comfortable talking about gifts for my girlfriend.

I decided not to buy straight away and placed the order online instead, the parcel was sent in discreet packaging and arrived as expected.

My girlfriend is very happy and I've bagged some brownie points in the process ?

The lady at the counter at Holdenhurst road was so helpful, professional and attentive to helping me choose which items I should get in line with my needs, and she was also very knowledgeable about all the products. I left feeling confident I came to the right place . Job well done 11/10

I am leaving a five star review to Simply Pleasure for their service. I ordered goods and they arrived on time and in good order. The item was in good order. This is not a five star review for the actual product. The product itself is fine. It does what any other product of this type does. The product was hyped up and not worth 5 stars itself. But Simply Pleasure was a good company to order from.

zero out of five! i had no idea my purchase had even gone through. i have yet to even receive an order confirmation email from the team. i was told there would be same or next day dispatch, and 8 days later, i haven’t heard a SINGLE thing. i understand the holidays are hectic, but why take someone’s payment, promise a timeline you can’t meet, without even confirming the order has gone through? and now i’m being asked to leave a review and i STILL haven’t heard if or when my order is going through.

This supplier is very good, You can place an order one day and get it delivered in no more than 3 Days. It is packaged discreetly so that no one knows what they are delivering. and their products are cheaper than anywhere else that I know of and they do what they are supposed to do.

My recent order has not been entirely without issue (stock + a manufacturer omission), which resulted in some email correspondence with Dominik. He has gone above and beyond to ensure a perfect end result, providing an excellent customer service throughout. He’s a real asset to the company.

The items were Packed ok, though a bit more padding would be nice just to make it a bit more discreet what’s inside. Very discreet on outside no mention of company. One item felt good quality and is nice to use but not completely accurate to item shown on the web sight. The second item was very disappointing but when emailed to ask for an exchange they responded very quickly and gave advice how to return. Though would be nice if they included return info in packet. Over all a good experience

There was a problem with my order (one item had gone missing in transit) but customer service (Dominik) was super nice about it and sorted it out straight away despite the covid 19 delays in most businesses (have had a lot of problems during lockdown from big companies).
Products very high quality, delivery very fast replacement recieved in 2 days.

Very prompt service, delivered less than 24H after order placed. Like also that when asked about if wish to receive emails in future, there was a subsequent question to check you are sure. - Had gone to site after very helpful service in SoHo shop last August. Very pleased with experience of company overall.

Customer service couldn't provide an eta or tracking no. Despite having a big red banner saying that all their sales will continue as normal, this was a bit mis leading. The products then arrived 3 businesses days later, all very good quality and quite fast in these times, so can't complain about that.
Overall would recommend for others to try aswell.
